[q] Why are your rates more than other photographers in your area?
[a] We may use different pro grade equipment and have more overhead and experience than the other photographer. Different rates
usually reflect the amount of quality and experience a photographer has in the field. You can usually compare the sharpness and color
of the work.
[q] Why are your rates so much lower than some of the other photographers in your field or in your area?
[a]Our rates are based on our overhead, etc. We don't take the time so pull up our competitor's rates. As artists, we usually under
estimate our value.
[q] What types of albums do you offer?
[a] We offer a wide variety of albums, but our favorite albums are Leather Craftsman and Finao. We can order any album you'd like,
but we would have to make a custom estimate for you.
[q] Do your packages come with pre-wedding consults?
[a] Yes! You have the option of coming into the studio to meet or via email.
[q] Why don't you charge extra to travel up to 4 hours away?
[a]We want to have a variety of clients abroad. Why not?
[q] Can I take off the engagement session to get a lower rate?
[a] No, I'm so sorry. We think they are super important.
[q] How much is it to hold the date and book?
[a] 50% retainer for all of the packages and the balance is due 30 days
prior to the wedding.
[q] What if I don't want the photo booth?
[a] No problem, we simply won't set it up.
[q] Do you always use props in the photo booth?
[a] Nope, it's whatever you would like.
[q] What does digital files mean?
[a]You will receive large files in jpg that you can order your own prints with at a much lower rate than our rates for photo prints. They
are yours to keep and use for personal use.
